Pamela Hunt graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene and is a registered Dental Hygienist in North Carolina.  Her previous dental consulting experiences include operational and clinical quality improvement evaluation of numerous dental practices throughout the United States since 1985.  They include The Academy of Dental Group Practice, Employee Dental Services of Atlanta, Georgia, Dental Associates of Manhattan, Kansas, Aetna Healthcare Systems, Inc. of Hartford, Connecticut, Hu-Friedy Company, Park Dental Health Centers in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Preferred One Dental Network of Minnesota, Cigna Dental of Florida, and American Dental Partners, Inc. of Wakefield, Massachusetts.  In addition, Hunt has prepared and guided dental group practices through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) accreditation process since 1991. 

Her previous employment includes The Winston-Salem Dental Care Plan, Inc. (RJR Tobacco Dental Plan), Winston-Salem, NC in the Dental Radiology/Evaluation Center, Park Dental Health Centers,  Minneapolis, Minnesota as the Quality Assurance Coordinator for 20+ dental practices, Wake Forest School of Medicine, Department of Dentistry, Winston-Salem, NC as the Director of Continuing Dental Education, and University Dental Associates, Winston-Salem Triad Area, Raleigh Triangle Area, and Charlotte Metro Area in North Carolina as the Quality Assurance Coordinator for 23 dental practices.
