How it Works!
Practice Excellence Tier 1 - Initial Consult
- No fee - In-office meeting to discuss concerns and practice needs from the dentist(s) perspective
Practice Excellence Tier 2 - In-Office Evaluation & Assessment
- Hourly Fee
- Includes a comprehensive in-office assessment and final written report
Practice Excellence Tier 3 - Project Contract
- Hourly or Single Fixed Fee
- Projects agreed upon for individual practice needs, i.e., proposal items, policy/form creation, in-office time, etc.
- Provide problem-solving and practice development in identified areas of the practice, addressing revenue generating opportunities for the practice, in-depth risk management, practice improvement, etc.
- Programs customized for individual practices and have flexible scheduling so as to not interrupt the daily operation of the office.
Practice Excellence Tier 4 - Partnership Contract
- Single Fixed Fee
- Excellent option for dental practices needing multiple services/projects completed over an extended period.
- Contract provides for continuous practice management/consult services to dental practices via a 6 month to 1 year+ service contract.
- Services provided are mutually agreed upon by the dentist(s) and Hunt Dental Consulting - the Dentist(s) choose services that are identified for improvement in their individual practice(s).
- Staff training provided to continue the identified services at the end of the contact period or contract may be extended as needed.
